This is a role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be out on the ground supporting a wide range of civil maintenance works across roads, footpaths and public spaces, contributing to projects that the community relies on every day.

Working alongside a supportive and experienced crew, you’ll take on a variety of practical tasks, from preparing sites and laying materials through to assisting with measurements and basic calculations to keep jobs running smoothly. You’ll also help maintain equipment, keep worksites clean and safe, and use mobile technology to support day-to-day operations.

There’s plenty of opportunity to build your skills in this role. Whether it’s developing your experience in areas like brick paving, asphalt maintenance or base preparation, or gaining exposure to broader civil works, you’ll be supported to learn and grow along the way.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and is happy to roll up their sleeves and contribute to a team that delivers real outcomes for the community.
