Riding the iconic Visitor Information Bike, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, provide up-to-date local tips, and inspire people to explore everything the city has to offer.

In this role, you'll take charge of the mobile service during your shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from the safety and cleanliness of the bike to keeping it stocked with brochures and resources. You’ll be a go-to source of knowledge for both visitors and locals, offering friendly, accurate information and making every interaction a positive one.
