About the Opportunity
As Team Leader, Development Facilitation, you’ll lead a team at the centre of some of Adelaide’s most significant development projects, helping shape the city while balancing the needs of developers, businesses, residents and the broader community.
From major construction projects through to occupation, your team plays a key role in ensuring development activities within the public realm are coordinated, compliant and delivered with minimal impact on the city’s amenity. You’ll work closely with developers, contractors, government agencies and internal stakeholders to facilitate practical solutions, provide expert advice and ensure projects progress smoothly through each stage of construction.
This is a leadership role that combines people management, stakeholder engagement and technical expertise. You’ll support and develop a high-performing team, foster strong relationships across industry and government, and drive continuous improvements to processes, systems and customer service outcomes.
