About the Opportunity 
The Senior Project Manager will lead the charge on some of the organisation’s most complex and strategic projects, driving digital change, lifting project capability, and building a stronger foundation for how we work.

 


This role is all about connection, working across teams, guiding stakeholders through change, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in a way that adds real value. It’s a hands-on leadership role, responsible for shaping the project deliver environment, mentoring other project professionals, and embedding a culture of smart, innovative solution delivery and embedding change.

 


From managing tenders and vendor negotiations to building change frameworks and developing solutions that meet real organisational needs, this role brings together strategy, structure, innovation and people. It also plays a key part in influencing how our digital programs are delivered and adopted across the organisation.

 


The Senior Project Manager helps shape our future direction, support our people through change, and bring big-picture thinking into day-to-day delivery.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Substantial experience in business process improvements using technology.
  • Substantial IM experience incorporating analysis and problem solving principles within a medium to large organisation.
  • Experience in Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe 6) or Agile/hybrid project delivery.
  • Ability to provide expert advise to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Substantial experience in stakeholder engagement, strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex projects through their full lifecycle.
  • Advanced planning and organisational capabilities, risk and issue management, and sound commercial acumen. 
  • Proven experience at navigating competing priorities, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring project outcomes align with strategic objectives.
