About the Opportunity
As the Program Administration Assistant, you’ll be an important part of the Regulatory Services Program, providing trusted administrative support to the Associate Director and program teams. You’ll help keep things organised, connected and moving forward, ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.
From managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings, workshops and forums, to preparing documents, taking minutes and supporting reporting and financial processes, you’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the Program. You’ll also work closely with teams across the organisation, building positive relationships and helping colleagues stay focused on delivering great outcomes for the community.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the details right and is naturally organised and proactive. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve administrative processes and become a valued and trusted support to a busy and diverse program.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and related clerical services at an advanced level and with high levels of accuracy.
- Substantial experience in managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Knowledge and skills in Word and Excel programs for monitoring budgets and demonstrated ability to create and process purchase orders and invoices.
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to maintain a high degree of discretion and exercise sound judgement in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
- Well-developed team-work skills and the ability to build positive working relationships within the Program and across the organisation.
