About the Opportunity

 

As our People Data and Systems Administrator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our HR management –(SAP SuccessFactors) and Time & Attendance (EmpLive) systems running at their best. You will be helping our teams work confidently, efficiently, and with the information they need at their fingertips.

 

 

You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating system activities across the People program, Information Management, and our trusted vendors, making sure updates, upgrades, and new modules land seamlessly. With a strong mix of technical capability and a people-first mindset, you’ll help design, test, and enhance system configuration, workflows, permissions, and processes so they truly meet the needs of our organisation.

 

 

Troubleshooting and problem-solving will be part of your day-to-day, but you won’t be doing it alone.  Your partnerships with SMEs, IM, and vendors will help keep issues resolved and improvements on track. You’ll also champion continuous improvement by identifying & prioritising opportunities to enhance the user experience and supporting the business with accurate data and reporting, meaningful insights, and practical training that builds confidence across the People Program.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Ability to provide expert advice to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding and experience in providing application support and maintenance.
  • Substantial experience in packaged application software management and support.
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and/or EmpLive  (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to achieve high-quality outcomes on time.
  • Ability to build and develop simple and powerful business-focused solutions.
  • Energy and personal style to collaborate and influence across all levels to create awareness and traction around the adoption of IM strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability for innovative and creative solution creation, across complex issues that may impact the whole Organisation.
