About the Opportunity
As part of the Customer Centre, the Expiation Analyst will play a key role in improving how parking expiation debt is managed, recovered and monitored across the organisation. This is a role for someone who enjoys looking beyond the numbers, identifying what is driving outcomes and turning data and evidence into practical improvements.
You will analyse complex operational data, develop reporting and dashboards, and use insights to identify trends, forecast demand and improve the way work is prioritised and resources are allocated. You will also lead process reviews, audits and improvement initiatives, with a focus on reducing outstanding debt, preventing unnecessary debt creation and strengthening the customer experience.
Working closely with Customer Centre leaders, internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help shape more efficient and sustainable ways of working. You will develop operational plans, processes and training materials, provide tactical support to Team Leaders and keep the organisation informed of legislative, regulatory and policy changes affecting parking expiations and debt recovery.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience with Debt Recovery processes and practice.
- Technical experience in analysis of large volumes of data.
- Previous experience in a contact centre in a business environment.
- Understanding of the values, behaviours and strategies required to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong analytical, judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and organisational focus.
