From developing programs (including our Graduate Program) to creating resources that support team and organisational capability, you’ll see your work translate into meaningful outcomes for our people. You’ll also keep a close eye on workforce trends and data, using insights to shape strategies and continuously improve how we do things.
You’ll help support and embed talent management and succession planning across the organisation, including overseeing our succession systems to ensure a smooth and positive experience for leaders and accurate, useful reporting for the business.
Beyond programs and frameworks, this role is about people. You’ll contribute to broader initiatives that strengthen culture and engagement, while also helping position the City of Adelaide as an employer of choice through strong relationships and a compelling employee experience.
